Murray directs and leads the senior management team in the implementation of strategies and initiatives for both company growth, as well as ensuring the integrity of Country Lane Builder’s unique corporate culture. Murray brings over 40 years of design/build expertise to his projects and as the second generation of the founder, he understands the value of building on a foundation of the past, while looking forward to a bright future involving third generation partners to continue the legacy.

Tim directs and leads the senior management team and sales teams. Tim brings more than 40 years of construction experience in design/build to the table. As the second generation to the founder and learning from hands on experience, Tim brings passion for building and design excellence to our sales team, guiding all areas of our leadership team towards success and continuous improvement.

A senior architectural design leader, sales and project manager, Gerald brings more than 30 years of construction experience to the table on each project. As second generation to the founder and learning from hands on experience, Gerald is passionate about great design/build process. He leads our design teams, creating and challenging the status quo with innovation,and seeing 

possibilities where others see obstacles. Gerald excels in taking your project from visionary concept to turn key completion.

Jeff is on our senior sales management team and brings more than 25 years of construction experience to each project. Jeff is passionate about custom builds and renovations, which is reflected in his leadership of the company's interior finishing department. Jeff manages some of our signature projects to completion, with many repeat clients in his portfolio.

Mike is a senior project manager and has been with Country Lane Builders for over 30 years.  Mike leads and manages all aspects of our framing teams, bringing excellence and stability to our company.  He has a passion for precision and efficiency, ever striving to meet the challenges of each new project.

Scott excels on our design team and has been with Country Lane Builders for 15 years.  His attention to detail is unparalleled and brings with him site experience to round out his portfolio.  He is proficient on Soft Plan, creating, drawing plans and 3D images for our design build projects.

Janice leads office administration bringing over 15 years of excellence to Country Lane Builders.  She manages financial reporting, accounting and clerical responsibilities ensuring accuracy and organization.  Janice is the liaison between our customers and our sales teams.  Her positive attitude transcends through the office making it a pleasant and vibrant work environment.

Heidi joined the company in 2013 and provides ongoing support to the office administration and accounting team.  Her enthusiasm and willingness to help is an extreme benefit to the organization.

Denise brings years of experience to our front office admin team, with an extensive background in office administration and support. Along with her skills, Denise's bright outlook and warm personality are a wonderful asset to the company.

Jeremy brings on site construction knowledge to the drafting and estimating team. He is a valuable asset being proficient on Soft Plan, designing and creating 3D images for our clients for our design build projects.

Jeremy brings over 20 years of construction knowledge to the table. With framing and trim carpenter expertise, he manages each project to completion with distinction.

Chris brings over 12 years of construction knowledge to his projects. With both framing and interior finishing on his resume Chris is well able to efficiently finish each project to an outstanding finish.
